ICE List offers free placements to organisations and businesses that support immigrant communities, aid those resisting immigration enforcement, or take a public stand against the regime. We do not sell advertising, we accept no payment, and we have no financial relationship with anyone we feature. Placements are offered at ICE List's editorial discretion and can be removed at any time.
Who can apply
We feature:
- Non-profit legal-aid organisations representing people in immigration detention or removal proceedings
- Know Your Rights and community-defence groups
- Rapid-response networks, detention hotlines, and family-support services
- Bond funds and accredited representation programmes
- Businesses and suppliers that materially support protesters, mutual-aid efforts, or affected communities
- Companies that have taken a clear, public stand against ICE, the regime, or its enforcement apparatus
A placement is earned through what an organisation does and says, never through payment. Being a for-profit business is not a barrier; taking a real, documented stand is what counts.
Who we will not feature
- Anyone offering or expecting payment for a placement
- Individual attorneys or firms soliciting clients for fees
- Political campaigns, candidates, or parties
- Any organisation or company that cooperates with, supplies, or profits from immigration enforcement
- Businesses using a token gesture of opposition to sell products, ICE List is not a marketing channel
What we ask
To keep placements trustworthy, everyone featured must:
- Provide services, support, or a public position that genuinely backs immigrant communities or those resisting enforcement
- Be verifiable through public records, reporting, or a documented public stand
- Accept that ICE List retains full editorial control over wording and presentation
How it works
- You submit the form below.
- We verify the organisation or business independently.
- If it's a fit, we draft the placement and may contact you to confirm details.
- The spot goes live on the relevant state portal or, where warranted, the homepage.
There is no cost at any stage. We will never ask you for money, and we will never accept it.
