One woman detained and transported to Portland ICE facility around 10 am, 3 ICE vehicles involved. Confirmed from both Madras and Portland RR teams. Support in place for the victim. One of the ICE vehicles used: Black Ford Expedition, Oregon plate, 448 JGH
