Brayan Garzon-Rayo (27, Colombia) died on 2025-04-08 while in the custody of ICE, in Phelps County Jail, Rolla, MO (died at Mercy South Hospital, St. Louis). Found unresponsive Apr 7 with a blanket around his neck on his 4th day in COVID isolation; a mental-health evaluation had been rescheduled twice and never done.
