Ryan Louis Mosqueda (27, U.S. citizen) was killed by CBP (Border Patrol) on 2025-07-07, in McAllen, Texas (Border Patrol Rio Grande Valley Sector Annex). Killed by Border Patrol return fire after he arrived at the facility with an AR-15-style rifle and pistol and opened fire on the building, wounding three law-enforcement personnel.
