Embedding media on the ICE List — templates for adding video and social posts to incidents, agent pages, and anywhere else. All embeds render client-side.
Uploaded video (recommended)
Most resilient: hosted on the wiki, no third-party tracking, survives takedowns. Upload via Special:Upload (mp4, webm, ogv), then:

VIDEO_ID is the part after watch?v= or youtu.be/. Uses privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.
