Common quick fixes

  • "Problem with your login session" when creating an account — go back and resubmit the form once; if it keeps failing, ask above.
  • Can't see the volunteer tools on your profile — do a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R, or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac).
