  • Confrontations continue; THE CITY reports the strike "enters day 3" with protesters blocking the facility.
  • Armored, military-style vehicles on the perimeter; agents remove makeshift barricades, protesters rebuild them and kneel in the path of transport vans.
  • Reported use of pepper spray and rubber/pepper balls; at least three protesters arrested over the course of the protests.
