Summary: On 2026-02-14 in Olathe, Kansas, a submission was received reporting: 19 Year Old U.S. Citizen Abducted.

Full Description

Two teenagers in Olathe were confronted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents near the Walmart off North Seventh Highway on Saturday morning.

One of them, 19-year-old Brian Nataren, says he was taken into custody — despite being a United States citizen. Video shared with KMBC television station shows agents handcuffing and pinning Brian to the pavement.

“I’m still a little shaken up, traumatized,” Brandon Nataren said.

The brothers say they were heading to Walmart around 9 a.m. when they learned immigration officers were nearby. They claim an agent nearly hit them with a vehicle before following them to the store and confronting them after they parked.

“The ICE agent proceeded to point a gun at my head and say, ‘Get the fuck out of the car,’” Brandon said.

Brian says he was pulled from the vehicle, forced to the ground and detained.

“When I got to the floor, he put both knees on me, my back,” Brian said.

In the video, an agent can be heard saying, “Put him in the car and let’s go.”

Brian says he was taken to municipal court, questioned, and later released. “I feel scared,” Brian said. “I wouldn’t want this on my own parents.” The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office says it was not contacted about any DHS operations. Olathe police say they were not involved.
