Full Description
At approximately 09:30 on November 1, 2025, three masked white men boxed in a vehicle in a private parking lot in Beaverton, Oregon. The men forcibly removed the driver, restrained him with zip ties at the wrists, and detained him despite his repeated statements that he was a U.S. citizen.
Witnesses reported that the agents did not clearly identify themselves and did not present a warrant. Two vehicles involved in the incident were observed using identical Oregon license plates (820 HQZ), raising concerns about improper vehicle identification practices.
The individual remained detained for approximately 23 minutes before being released. Upon release, visible injuries to his wrists were observed, consistent with prolonged zip-tie restraint.
