| Report | Santa Barbara City College (SBCC) Campus Safety believe that United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) was at SBCC East Cliff Campus on Sunday morning, November 23 from 7:10 a.m. to 7:25 a.m. Six unmarked vehicles with individuals wearing masks identified themselves as law enforcement to Campus Safety. They were parked outside of the MacDougall Administration Building for 15 minutes. The law enforcement agents stayed near their vehicles and no other activity happened. Campus Safe |
