| Report | at about 2:30 they crossed Del Mar heading north up Roosevelt in Pasadena. Had matching clothes and wearing hoods despite the heat. One had a beanie. Appeared to be concealing a vest or gear under their wind breakers. One had phone in pocket with camera facing out. Walking purposefully down the middle of the street. |
