| Report | There were at least six vehicles involved. Two unmarked vehicles were silver Ford Expeditions with hidden police lights. One was a black Jeep Wagoneer with Oregon plates. There was a Silver Toyota 4Runner with Washington plates. One black SUV LEO was leaving the scene as I got there and another black LEO car was to the right of everything and parked.
