| Report | Suspicious black Chevy Tahoe SUV. Lic plate CLD7825. White, male driver, bald. Vehicle stopped and I approached cautiously to observe him checking out a work site where a house remodel is taking place. Vehicle has never been seen around this block before and based on the fact that it was in the alley, I suspect it was to look for a client or family. |
