| Report | ICE parked on 32nd avenue in NE Minneapolis. Blue Ford SUV - license plate: LZD138 (as best as I could make out). Was parked with car turned off, then another car (not sure if civilian or another ICE scumbag) pulled up behind ICE SUV and they both pulled away and left. Couple minutes later the Blue ICE SUV circled the block again. |
