| Report | Followed while filming when two unmarked trucks who flashed lights while pulling a simultaneous illegal U-turn over a concrete barrier got in front of me. Plates were not law enforcement. Soon a marked Vancouver PD cruiser was traveling with them. A mini van pulled up behind me in my lane and flashed lights, I slowed to the side, it got in front of me and joined the unmarked trucks and Vancouver PD.
