Report	Black Chevrolet Suburban with NH Conservation (Moose) rear plate departed from Forrest Howes auto shop in Plymouth NH. Driver was a young white man wearing a balaclava. Vehicle traveled 2 miles North on Route 3 at approx. 55mph and parked under the Exit 27 I-93 overpass in Campton NH, where another law enforcement vehicle was already parked.
