Report	One older man kidnapped by 3-4 agents with masks and guns in an unmarked silver Chrysler minivan. They picked him up as he was walking down the street. I couldn’t identify the man but he had peppered gray hair, maybe about 5’7, stocky build, heading south on La Palma. The white Toyota in the picture was a civilian.
