| Report | I sadly wasnt able to sneak a picture of the car or guy. What I can tell you is it was around 6:00 pm when a small white car pulled into the parking lot. The car had no license plate and had heavily tinted windows. A white man with a mustache who appeared to be in his mid to late 50s stepped out the car wearing blue jeans, a white hoodie with an unmarked bulletproof vest over it, and a baseball hat.
