| Report | Two men, plain clothes, one with a brown bulletproof vest, one with a black bullet proof vest. Handgun holstered on hip. Silver Ford sedan, I believe it was a Fusion. MN license plate, but didn’t get the number. Darkly tinted windows. Sped off when I was trying to take a photo, but not sure if that was why. |
