| Report | Two cars pulled over on the side of the busy street. One unmarked all blacked out windows with cop lights inside the vehicle. Two people in the blue car being stopped. Officer left the scene and cut across 90th to do an illegal u turn in the middle of traffic. The app would not let me upload my video. |
