| Report | Suspicious looking Florida plated Ford Explorer ST, completely blacked out tint on all windows including windshield, traveling westbound on 76 west through Pennsylvania. Vehicle had some sort of identification number hand panted on driver side rear windshield window sill, could not get a clear photo of the number. Driver noticed I was watching them and pulled off to a rest stop. |
