Report	I witnessed unmarked vehicles enter the parking lot as an Uber vehicle pulled in. Agents left their vehicles and surrounded the Uber. One agent began speaking to the driver, unknown what was said. The driver complied with orders and was arrested. There was a passenger in the vehicle who was being dropped off, the agent got his suitcase from the trunk and the passenger entered the apartment building.
