| Report | Vehicle appeared behind me on Pullman Airport Road traveling East towards Moscow. Exempt Plate S000283. White Dodge Durango with pit bar on the front. White male inside with what appeared to be a buff around his neck. Texting and driving. Vehicle had boxes in the back with what looked like a tactical company label which I presume is where the pit bar came from since they rent the vehicles and outfit them.
