Report	At approximately 8:35PM on 1/30/26, three black Chevrolet Suburban SUVs with government plates were observed parked and/or driving slowly on Lewis Street in Lynn, MA. Vehicles appeared unmarked aside from plates. Number of occupants unknown. No visible agency logos or uniforms were observed. Activity consisted of circling block / brief stop.
