| Report | A large black SUV that had two women wearing dark padded vests getting out of it. My husband couldnt see what was written on the vests, but it was a longer name. There were also two people on motor scooters, but not sure if they were associated with the SUV. This was on Commerce, right by Bolton Hall. |
