| Report | Copper/Bronze Toyota Sedan Pennsylvania Plates, FULL TINT WINDOWS, scanner radio blasting. Middle-Eastern man got out of car and blocked in citizen, threatening them with citizens address, name, date of birth. Waited outside for citizen until he left store, followed him out to the parking lot and continued to harass citizen, screaming things like BE CAREFUL WHO YOU MESS WITH, YOU NEVER KNOW WHO THEY ARE. Dude had some ability to read citizens plate and get information. |
