| Report | Two unmarked red newer looking Dodge Durango’s with flashing lights seen at intersection of North and South College Ave and Main St in downtown Newark Delaware. Saw a couple people wearing ice vests and in gear too walking around the area. Couldn’t get a picture but this is the kind of vehicle I saw. |
