| Report | They are parked in the parking lot of a tobacco shop. They appear to be doing surveillance on the yellow restaurant building across the street. Its called Hai Hai. Theres at least 3 SUVs from what I saw and I saw homeland security or ICE. They had gators over their face but I couldnt make out patches or markings. I didnt approach them. |
