Report	Three running vehicles with tinted windows. I took a photo to call the police, nd when he rolled down his window to ask what I was doing, and I said calling the police, he said he was the police. He looked like no police I’ve ever seen. His utility belt was full of weapons. His rash guard shirt said Marshall down the side, no other form of ID, and he had a plastic looking rifle next to him. I asked if he was ice and he said no we wasn’t. I’ve never seen weapons like that in real life. He was not
