| Report | Appoximately 5 NYS Trooper Vehicles, 5 unmarked police vehicles with police license plates, and 10 unmarked vehicles ranging from sedans to trucks to mini vans with unmarked license plates. Approximately 25-30 people, some with labeled uniforms, and some in civilian clothes, and 1 man with a mask in unmarked clothes with a large rifle (believed to be an AR-15).
