Report	I was woken up around 5:45 to banging on my neighbors door 6 houses over. I could identify 4 unmarked vehicles (notable was a black ford with rear blue emergency lights) and one police car that came and went. I didn’t see anything happen to my neighbor, but I’m not entirely sure. They all left around 6:14 going onto North Donahue. I apologize for the image, as it is after the fact, Ijust wanna get the work out.
