Report	At 10:40am on March 24th, Several ICE vehicles surrounded a Toyota Prius on Coal Creek parkway and stopped it, blocking the right lane. This was in front of the QFC. One or two young men were put in the back of an ICE vehicle and quickly taken away. Newcastle PD drove by the scene without stopping and pulled into the Newcastle City Hall building down the street. ICE left the vehicle in the right lane blocking traffic.
