| Report | 5 vehicles - unmarked but with red and blue emergency lights. Vehicles were boxing in one white van. Driver was still in the seat. Officers were walking around, approaching van. Clothing was atypical of local police uniform. Some officers wore olive-colored tactical vests. Observed 9:44am EST, 3/24/2026. I believe this occurred on the Pittsfield side of Ellsworth, west of Carpenter Rd. |
