| Report | 4 plain clothes agents wearing vests labeled POLICE and with their faces covered arrested a Hispanic male on April 2nd at 8:37am. The agents loaded the arrested individual into a grey, unmarked van with license plate YTT 1492. The agents then drove away the individuals two vehicles (white car and another vehicle). |
