Report	5 ICE agents were at JFK terminal 1 on 4/4 at 5PM EST. 3 were running into the airport, wearing plain clothing and beige labeled ICE vests. All three agents were armed. Outside were an additional 2 agents in a van, which also had dogs. I unfortunately did not have time to take a photo.
