Full Description
I saw a Chrysler Pacifica Van with no front plate and the rear plate spray painted white. I took photos of the vehicle from my vehicle. The plain clothes driver notice me and then started following me aggressively. Luckily I was near my local police department. I turned into the parking lot and so did he. When I got out of my vehicle, I started filming him, Immediately, he addressed me by my last name "Yang" (you can hear it in the video). He never said he was an ICE agent, but I think him knowing my name that quickly (he was following me for less than 5 minutes), he had to have had the federal capabilities to look up my information. He was in plain clothes and said he worked in "construction sales" and that he didn't want his picture taken (which is funny, because he decided to follow me and then I got him on video anyway). It was a scary ordeal but I am certain he is an ICE agent.
