Full Description

A citizen was detained and released approximately 23 minutes later. Three masked white men boxed in a vehicle in a private parking lot and took the individual despite him telling them he is a citizen. The incident was captured on security cameras, as well as witnessed by a dozen people and employees of nearby businesses, who took videos. Portland Immigrant Rights Coalition was notified and has been in contact with witnesses since then.
