This agent and another agent with a number patch, E-17, both chase the man. EZ-2 sprays the man in the face with Oleoresin Capsicum (OC) spray, also known as pepper spray or mace. Afterwards, the man slowly walked toward the agents, saying that he had been maced. EZ-17 pushes the man, while the man grabs on the strap of EZ-17's gun, a B&T GL06 40mm less-lethal launcher. EZ-17 then shoves the mans's hand off the strap of the gun, aims the gun at the man’s face, shoots him in the face with the weapon, and then walks away. The man attempts to pursue and fight E-17, but is prevented from doing so, as he was held back by another civilian.
