Josué Jose Castro-Rivera (24, Honduran) died on 2025-10-23 during or as a result of a ICE operation, in Norfolk, Virginia (Interstate 264 at Military Highway interchange). After ICE made a targeted car stop (he was reportedly riding to a gardening job with three others), he fled on foot across I-264 and was struck and killed by a 2002 Ford pickup; an ICE officer performed CPR.
