three unmarked ICE vans are parked in a row, staked outside of a mexican restaurant (La Hacienda) that may be about to be raided, or potentially the Super 8 nextdoor. all vans are devoid of markings except one with a thin blue line american flag sticker. The plate numbers are JDF-3141, JY-2659, and LDF-3857 South Carolina plates Tinted windows all car models are 2014 Chevy Express. license plates are not registered to the correct state according to carfax reports (the same license plates pop up for ny not sc)

On the morning of April 22, 2025, federal immigration agents entered the Albemarle County General District Court in Charlottesville, Virginia, and detained two men who had recently attended court hearings.[1] Video footage shows the agents conducting the arrests inside or immediately outside the courthouse.
According to witness accounts and reporting, the agents were dressed in plain clothes, and at least one wore a face covering, leading to confusion among court staff and bystanders. Individuals present reported that they did not observe arrest warrants or federal credentials being presented prior to the detentions.[1]
One of the men detained was represented by a public defender at the time of his court appearance. Attorneys and court personnel stated they had not been informed in advance that immigration enforcement activity would take place at the courthouse.[3]
The enforcement action prompted protests outside the courthouse the following day. Community members and legal advocates expressed concern that courthouse arrests could deter individuals from attending court or cooperating with the justice system.[2]
