Alabama

2025-09-20: South Alabama man sues federal government over ICE raids — MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) — A south Alabama man is suing the federal government after he says he was detained multiple times by ICE at construction sites in our area.

2025-12-05: 82 truckers detained in Alabama ICE raid — Another state has cooperated with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to apprehend truck drivers who are believed to be operating illegally. This time, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency worked with ICE on targeted enforcement from Oct. 27 through Oct. 30 and from Nov. 16 through Nov. 18 along “high-crash rural interstate corridors.”

Florida

2025-11-12: Immokalee residents concerned as ICE detains over 35 farmworkers on bus — ICE agents reportedly set up across Immokalee, pulling over buses and detaining more than 35 farmworkers, which left families and students panicked as parents suddenly disappeared. The school district rushed in extra counselors while the community described the day as heartbreaking and frightening, especially for the children left without their mothers.

Pennsylvania

• Agreement:Bucks County Pennsylvania 287g – A Bucks County sheriff who joined ICE’s 287(g) program, giving local deputies federal immigration enforcement powers, faced major backlash from rights groups and his Democratic challenger. The issue became the centerpiece of the race, and voters ultimately removed him from office, with the sheriff-elect vowing to halt and withdraw from the ICE agreement immediately.
