Homeland Security agents won two warrants from a magistrate judge that allowed them to enter the building and seize documents – such as employee files and laptops. They did not have a warrant to search and detain human beings. Agents made employees line up and asked their status, illegally search some, and detained 57 in handcuffs and shackles.
