Viral footage shows Agents Timothy Donahue (driver) and Thomas Parsons (team lead) in a CBP vehicle that crashed near Oakton & Asbury in Evanston. In the aftermath, Donahue is seen kneeling on a man’s back while Parsons strikes him on the ground. Bystanders reported pepper-spray use and claims of intimidation.
