    Saw a government vehicle parked. It's been confirmed that ICE is staying at the property. I also walked around the property for an hour and saw that area guarded by security. Making it highly likely that it's related to their operations. It took me a while to be able to get the picture of the car and the VIN because I wanted to appear as a regular person and I was walking down the other side of the street where there are businesses and an apartment building.
