Video taken from a nearby vehicle shows a Border Patrol SUV parked on a roadway with its rear door open. A woman, already zip-tied, unresponsive, and reportedly tased, is lifted or dragged toward the vehicle. The agent in the video appears to be maneuvering her into the SUV without providing visible medical assistance.
