    Im not very clear on the antecedent of this detainment. I think she got out of her car to warn another person who was being approached by ice who was sitting in her car. I think she told the woman she didnt have to get out of her car. The started detaining her too and zip tied her even though she stated she is a U.S. citizen. The does not show her being put into a car, but im assuming they took her because they zip tied her.
